Digital Marketer
Key Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Develop and manage online marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, social media, and email.

Write copy, design visuals and produce content for websites, social media and emails.

Manage website and user experience for traffic and conversions.

Create posts, engage with audiences, and implement best practices across various social platforms.

Design and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns. Monitor key metrics and report on campaign success to management.

Study, identify trends and refine contents and campaigns for better ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related field but not required.

2 – 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Proven experience managing brands social media accounts (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or textile brands is a plus).

Familiar with Content Management Systems (like WordPress).
Proficiency in photography and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).

Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with an eye for visual aesthetics.

Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools. Passion for African culture, fashion, and creative storytelling.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
