Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and manage online marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, social media, and email.

  • Write copy, design visuals and produce content for websites, social media and emails.

  • Manage website and user experience for traffic and conversions.

  • Create posts, engage with audiences, and implement best practices across various social platforms.

  • Design and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns. Monitor key metrics and report on campaign success to management.

  • Study, identify trends and refine contents and campaigns for better ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related field but not required.

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Proven experience managing brands social media accounts (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or textile brands is a plus).

  • Familiar with Content Management Systems (like WordPress).

  • Proficiency in photography and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).

  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with an eye for visual aesthetics.

  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools. Passion for African culture, fashion, and creative storytelling.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
